Success story from a Queensland business
Why become a Member?
Hear from our Members about how a Business Chamber Queensland membership has
helped their business thrive.
“As a business you can be really alone, and you face a lot of
challenges with exporting. The Chamber’s skills in knowing the latest
news is really important and the whole team works tirelessly, so that
really gives you a comfort. It’s just that extra support that every
business really needs.”
Alison Atia, Skin02
“I think one of the primary roles of Business Chamber Queensland is to
provide that advocacy. As an individual business, we don’t really have
much of a voice, but it’s having the consolidated voice of hundreds of
businesses that can advocate on our behalf to government.”
Julian Lancaster-Smith, Suncoast Gold Macadamias
“We’re a member of Business Chamber Queensland because it’s such a
valuable resource for us. We can find really useful information
through the Chamber to help us grow our business. There’s also some
really useful tools, such as the grant finder, which helps us access
important government funding. There’s also some really good tools for
us to help keep our team thriving, developing and growing too.”
Oscar Henderson, Elysium Hair
“We’re proud that we’re a member of Business Chamber Queensland for a
lot of reasons. One of them is it gives us this pool of knowledge
about things like international trade, which we’re moving into in a
big way, and saves us just having all these specialist lawyers and
accountants and whatever. We know what they say is spot on, up to date
and we trust them.”
Gordon Chalmers, Tamborine Mountain Distillery
